Tip #1: Do not insult strangers. Your average stranger may only be a simple peasant in rags, but he could also be a crazed mage ready to annihilate half of the city.
Tip #2: If an acquaintance wears black all the time, frequently says sinister or confusing things, and has a devilish, demonic, or undead companion, THEY ARE NOT YOUR FRIEND.
Tip #3: Do not try to be a hero. Heroes have short life spans and go unremembered in any case, because it is the cowards who write the history books.
Tip #4: When adventuring in a potentially dangerous locale
